Hotel Habakuk is seeking an experienced and organized maintenance manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth technical operation of the hotel, organizing the department’s work, and coordinating routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and an independent and responsible approach to work.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Managing and organizing the maintenance department and supervising the work of staff members.
• Planning and coordinating routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance at the hotel.
• Independently performing maintenance work and resolving technical malfunctions and issues.
• Organizing maintenance services and legally required inspections, and maintaining the necessary records.
• Ordering supplies, spare parts, and other equipment needed for hotel maintenance.
• Collaboration with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring the efficient use of electricity, water, gas, and other energy sources.
• Taking timely action when technical irregularities, malfunctions, or hazards are detected.
