Refined tastes for two
Our culinary team has prepared two exclusive tasting menus for this evening—one meat and one fish—that will take you on a sensual journey through textures, aromas, and seasonal ingredients. Among the selected dishes, you will find:
• Foie gras with pecan, caramelized apple, and calvados
• Mangalica cheeks with walnut purée
• Halibut fillet with crispy pesto and citrus fruits
• Baked white chocolate mousse
Each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected wine that will complete the harmony of flavors and create a perfect culinary experience.
The evening will feature live music – Duo Del Negro with acoustic guitar and vocals for the perfect Valentine’s atmosphere.
