We process personal data related to blogs for a maximum of 6 months. After this period, we delete the data, unless we have another legitimate reason for further processing.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You have the right to request that we erase your personal data without undue delay. As the controller, we must erase your personal data without undue delay in the following cases:

– we have processed personal data unlawfully,

– your personal data must be erased to comply with legal requirements,

– this is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of processing stipulated by regulations,

– for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Erasure will not be carried out if the processing of personal data is necessary. If, as an individual, you wish for us to erase your personal data, you can request this in writing via email or postal mail. The right to erasure can only be exercised in the exceptional cases mentioned above.

Right to Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement. If, as an individual, you wish to rectify your personal data, you can request this in writing via email or postal mail.

Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:

– you contest the accuracy of the data for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

– the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and instead request the restriction of their use,

– we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims,

– you have objected to processing pending the verification of whether our legitimate grounds override yours;

– with your consent,

– for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims,

If you request restriction for the reasons mentioned above, we may only store your personal data, with other processing permitted only under specific conditions. Before we lift the restriction on personal data processing (i.e., terminate it), we must inform you of the lifting of the restriction. If we have rejected your request for data erasure or if you only wish to restrict the processing of personal data, you can request the restriction of personal data processing via email or postal mail. The right to restriction can only be exercised in the exceptional cases mentioned above.

Right to Data Portability: You have the right to data portability: you can transfer the data you have provided to us and which we have collected in the context of your use of the service. You can request the data in a portable format in person at our headquarters.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority: Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the General Data Protection Regulation. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform you of the progress and the outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 of the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION.

Terms and Conditions

By confirming your reservation, you accept the general terms and conditions of HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.

Reservation Conditions: Reservations for overnight stays at Hotel Habakuk are made via online channels or directly through the website, email, or phone. Upon making a reservation, the guest undertakes to provide us with a valid email address or other contact details for communication and verification of reservation details.

Payment and Cancellation Conditions:

Free Cancellation: Possible up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • 20% of the reservation amount for cancellations 30-20 days before arrival.
  • 30% of the reservation amount for cancellations 19-15 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the reservation amount for cancellations 14-08 days before arrival.
  • 80% of the reservation amount for cancellations 07-01 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the reservation amount upon arrival.

Non-refundable: A full prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of incorrect credit card details, HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Prepaid Reservation: A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o. retains the paid amount if the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline.

Early Departure: In case of early departure without prior notice, HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o. will charge 50% of the value of unused nights.

No-show: We reserve the right to charge 100% of the reservation price in case of a no-show. Payable immediately.

Right to Refuse and Amend: HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend a reservation. In case of overbooking, HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o. will cover all additional re-routing costs.

Tourist Tax and Registration Fee: Tourist tax: accommodation costs are increased by the amount of the tourist tax, which is determined by the local municipality’s decree.

Prices: Prices include VAT and are valid for the selected number of persons and dates. Special offers apply if the stay is not shortened. Discounts cannot be combined.

Additional Services: Additional services are available subject to availability and prior request.

Hotel Stay Rules: To ensure peace and quiet in the hotel, a quiet policy is in effect. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and an additional fee will be charged in case of non-compliance.

Parking: Parking in the underground garage is charged at €15 per night.

Loss and Damage to Property: The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged guest property.

Pets: Pets are allowed upon prior notification. The cost of staying with a pet is €20.00 per day.

Complaints: In case of problems, the guest must immediately inform the reception.

Room Access: Staff has the right to enter the room for justified reasons.

Vouchers: Validity: 12 months from the date of issue.

Intellectual Property: The use of the name, the company name HABAKUK HOTEL d.o.o., and its logo is permitted only with the owner’s consent.
