At Hotel Habakuk, we remain faithful to the tradition of Christmas brunch – a festive moment dedicated to relaxed dining, good company, and carefully prepared dishes.
The festive table will feature sophisticated combinations of classic flavors and modern approaches: beef tartare with foie gras cream, venison leg with tonka bean aroma, spaghetti with vongole and truffles, flambéed pheasant breast, and a selection of homemade Christmas desserts. All prepared with respect for ingredients and the aesthetics of the holiday season.
The brunch will be accompanied by selected Styrian wines, live music, and an atmosphere that is always co-created by our warmth and attention to detail.
